Service Description
Help your child grow as a reader, writer, and communicator! Our 8-week Elementary Fluency program builds reading fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills through meaningful, hands-on practice. With a maximum of 5 students per group and two one-hour sessions each week, your child receives personal attention and encouragement to keep growing.

Cancellation Policy
**8-Week Program Booking & Attendance Policy** Enrollment includes two pre-booked, one-hour sessions per week for eight weeks (16 sessions total). Elementary Fluency sessions are held from 6-7 PM on your selected days. **Cancellations & Rescheduling:** All sessions are reserved in advance. Missed sessions are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or credited toward future sessions. **Missed Sessions:** If your child is absent, appropriate lesson materials or makeup assignments will be provided to support continued learning at home. Makeup work does not replace the missed instructional session. **Studio Cancellations:** If Mrs. Castillo's Learning Studio must cancel a session, a replacement session will be arranged. **Attendance:** Consistent attendance is encouraged, as each lesson builds upon previously taught skills to support student growth and success.
